About The Marchesa

The Marchesa is conveniently located in Central Austin, just 5 minutes from downtown. Hosting a variety of events, including concerts, film screenings, and comedy shows, The Marchesa is also the perfect spot for expos, conferences, company parties or receptions.

FOR GPS or GOOGLE MAPS --> USE ADDRESS 6226 Middle Fiskville Rd. This address will bring you directly to the building.

The Marchesa is located on the WEST SIDE of The Lincoln Village Shopping Center across from Highland Mall facing MIDDLE FISKVILLE ROAD (NOT facing IH-35).

From IH-35 you can see signs for Golds Gym, Verona, Office Depot, Jerry's Artarama. We are DIRECTLY behind Verona, and next to Office Depot.

* From Airport Blvd. turn onto Highland Mall Blvd. Then take a right onto Middle Fiskville Road. The Marchesa will be on the left.

* Or, from IH-35, take the 2222W exit. Turn onto 2222W, it will turn into Koenig Ln, take an immediate right onto Middle Fiskville Road. The Marchesa will be on the right.

There is plenty of FREE PARKING directly in front and behind The Marchesa (over 1,000 spots total in the Lincoln Village Shopping Center).
