Vendors

Booth space is $100 per night (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). Saturday night only will be $150. Due to space constraints, we will be limited to 6 vendors a night and will be doing exclusives/non competing goods and services. Vendors will have a 2.5 x 6 ft table, 2 chairs and access to electricty provided. Vendors will need to provide their own power strips/cords and any additional lighting. Items may be displayed behind the table but not on either side due to space constraints.

Vendors will be expected to load in at 5pm on the day of show(s) booked.

Vendors will be required to sign a contract and send 50% non refundable deposit to hold their space.

Program Ads

Program Ads reach 1000 people over 3 shows. We will print 350 copies for each show - payment/ad copy needed by March 31st.

Programs are 8.5 x 11 folded in half.

Full payment/ad copy needed by 3/31/12. Inkind and cash donations accepted, can do 50/50 if right kind of merchant, meaning they can provide Gift Cards for food/merchandise/viable services that we can gift to featured performers etc...
